Clyde W. Burleson is an attorney in Houston, Texas with over twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Mr. Burleson focuses on advising alcoholic beverage and hospitality industry clients on local, national, and international regulatory, contract, legislative and licensing matters, advertising and promotional law, importation matters, trade practices, and inter-tier relations.

He represents clients before the federal Alcohol & Tobacco Tax & Trade Bureau, the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, and other state alcoholic beverage agencies.

Mr. Burleson also works with international and domestic importers, manufacturers, exporters, regional and local distributors, and retailers – including multi-state restaurant, bar, hotel, convenience store, and other off-premise chains – in both Texas and across the United States.

Rachel Davis

Rachel serves as the Licensing & Compliance Manager, facilitating both Federal and State level applications with The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax Bureau (TTB) and Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC), as well as Formula and Label Applications.

She is a graduate from Texas Lutheran University and prior to starting her current career in 2009, she served 6 years in the hospitality industry. Rachel’s experience lends itself to her depth of knowledge regarding original applications and label requirements.

She enjoys assisting business owners to navigate the intricacies of the alcoholic beverage industry. Her primary focus is original applications for Wineries, Distilleries, Breweries, and Retailers such as Bars, Restaurants, and Private Clubs. In her down time, she relishes a leisurely tour on the Bourbon Trail with her husband, being her kids’ biggest cheerleader, and tending to the garden.
